Role & Responsibility:

  • Experience minimum 8+ years in project handling, scheduling & monitoring
  • Should be from EPC (Engineering, procurement and Construction) background (mandatory)
  • Allotting work & deadlines to internal department for their work
  • Daily co-ordination with engineering department for various input & requirements of projects
  • Tender preparations, BOQ preparations, site execution & commissioning projects
  • Ordering the vendor-based items with their delivery schedule
  • Maintaining the desired inventory of stocks
  • Sub-contracting the fabrication and planning of their schedule of various projects
  • Monitoring the vendors for timely completion of their work
  • Co-ordination with QC department for maintaining the quality of the products
  • Vendor development & evaluation
  • Co-ordination with logistic team for dispatches
  • Mobilization of site by appointing various contractors such as civil, mechanical fabrication & erection, electrical, etc
  • Attending the meetings at the clients end
  • Updating clients with the weekly/monthly project reports
  • Facilitating site with its requirements
  • Meeting Project deadlines, contractual deliveries & budgeting & maintaining project cost
