This role involves coordinating with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.---Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionAssist the Project Manager in developing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.Coordinate and monitor daily project activities, site works, and progress.Support in preparing project status reports, progress updates, and presentations.Contract & Vendor CoordinationAssist in reviewing drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution.Track subcontractor performance and verify compliance with contract terms.Quality, Safety & ComplianceEnsure site works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.Conduct periodic site inspections and highlight deviations or issues.Support in implementation of QA/QC processes and safety management plans.Stakeholder ManagementMaintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams.Assist in resolving site-level issues and escalating critical matters to the Project Manager.Document and track project correspondences, approvals, and change requests.Documentation & ReportingPrepare and maintain project documentation, records, and reports.Assist in project handover documentation and final close-out activities.Support in maintaining compliance with company and statutory requirements.Location: On-site –Mumbai, MHScheduled Weekly Hours:40If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
