About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Tech Sales Lead to lead B2B sales efforts across our enterprise software offerings. If you have a strong background in software sales, understand the digital transformation needs of businesses, and are passionate about solving real-world problems with smart technology, we want to hear from you.
What Youll Be Selling
- Security & Surveillance Software Platforms (e.g., VMS, access control integrations)
- Cloud-based Infrastructure Solutions
- Biometric Identity & Access Management Software
- Audio Analytics & Monitoring Platforms
- Network Management & Monitoring Software
- Remote Backup & Power Management Dashboards
- Contact Centre & Communication Software Solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales of software solutions across industries including security, telecom, IT, and infrastructure
- Build and manage relationships with key enterprise clients and technology decision-makers
- Deliver solution-focused demos and software consultations to prospects
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure successful client onboarding
- Regularly travel for on-site client presentations and enterprise engagements
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets
What Were Looking For
- 5+ years of successful B2B software sales experience
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS, surveillance, cloud, or infrastructure platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
- Experience selling to IT managers, CISOs, facility directors, or procurement heads
- Ability to translate technical features into business value
- Willingness to travel and engage directly with clients
