Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Advisor/Team Leader located in Lucknow. The Financial Advisor/Team Leader will be responsible for providing financial planning services, advising clients on investments, and assisting with retirement planning. The role also involves leading a team of advisors to achieve business objectives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, and Financial Advisory
  • Strong background in Finance and Investments
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze financial data and market trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Certification in financial planning (CFP) or similar credential is a plus
  • Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
