Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Advisor/Team Leader located in Lucknow. The Financial Advisor/Team Leader will be responsible for guiding clients in financial planning, identifying and proposing suitable insurance products, and managing a team of advisors. Day-to-day tasks include meeting clients, analyzing financial data, conducting market research, training and mentoring team members, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Financial Planning, Financial Analysis, and Investment Management
  • Knowledge of Insurance Products, Sales Strategies, and Client Relationship Management
  • Leadership and Team Management skills
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CFP, CLU, or similar are a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Lucknow
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving team performance
