Location: Lucknow

Shifts Available:

  • Australia – 5 AM to 3 PM IST
  • India – 10 AM to 8 PM IST
  • GCC/UAE – 12 noon to 10 PM IST
  • USA – 8 PM to 6 AM IST
  • Saturday and Sunday working, 6 days a week; 10-hour shifts

About the Role:

Step in as a Program Advisor and be a vital force connecting with parents & learners worldwide. You'll guide families, recommend the right programs, and drive enrollments that help students thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound/inbound calls to connect with leads and offer program consultations
  • Schedule at least 6 demo class bookings weekly, matching lead preferences
  • Guide and nurture leads through the enrollment process for a seamless experience
  • Achieve weekly revenue and enrollment targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and document feedback
  • Share market insights to refine sales strategies
  • Build long-term relationships with families and represent Oratrics with excellence

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–2 years in sales/business development/customer service (EdTech preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field
  • Excellent English communication and persuasion skills, neutral/clear accent preferred
  • Results-driven, proactive mindset; able to thrive in dynamic, target-driven settings
  • Organization, multitasking, and basic CRM skills
  • Immediate joiners preferred
