Position description:

As the Team leader, the incumbent in this role is responsible for developing sales operations, meeting revenue and liquidation targets and building channel partner relationships in his/ her territory. This role works alongside people in a variety of environments and provides ongoing support distribute and service products.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor & drive daily ASM productivity.
  • Achieving target for assigned T2 partners.
  • Pick up sales order from each T2
  • Minimum T2 productivity 90%
  • Check daily DSR for the ASM.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Managerial Responsibility: # of Direct & Indirect Reports The role will not have direct reportees of ASM's but will monitor and drive productivity of ASM's.)
