Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Chartered Accountant/ MBA with 13 years of post-qualification experience to join our Finance team as an FP& A Analyst. The role involves financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis of business performance, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a good grasp of financial modeling, and the ability to work closely with business teams to deliver

insights.

Key Responsibility:


• Assist in preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.


• Support in developing financial models to evaluate business performance, new projects, and investments.


• Conduct variance analysis of actual performance against budget/forecast and provide actionable insights.


• Prepare and analyze management reports, dashboards, and MIS to track KPIs and business drivers.


• Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, merchandising, sales, etc.) to provide financial insights and support decision-making.


• Work on cash flow forecasting and assist in liquidity planning.


• Support senior management in board presentations, investor decks, and strategic reviews.


• Identify and recommend process improvements in reporting, forecasting, and analysis.


• Stay updated with industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices in FP&A.


• Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations for financial statements.

Requirements:


• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA with 13 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related roles.


• Strong knowledge of financial statements, ratios, and corporate finance concepts.


• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to financial modeling tools or BI tools (Power

BI/Tableau) is an advantage.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.


• Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with senior stakeholders.


• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
