Job Title:

Analyst – Finance Transformation

Join the Finance Transformation practice at a top-tier global consulting firm. This is a high-impact role for finance professionals eager to work on digital ERP implementations, process optimization, and tech-enabled transformation for Fortune 500 clients.

Role Overview:

As an Analyst, you will be aligned to one of the following ERP/Finance domains based on your expertise and interest:

A. SAP FICO

  • Hands-on experience in SAP FICO modules (FI/CO)
  • Preferably involved in implementation or support projects
  • Good understanding of finance processes and integration scenarios

B. Oracle Fusion Finance

  • Strong exposure to Oracle Fusion modules: AP, AR, GL, FA, CM
  • Experience with functional configuration and process mapping
  • Hands-on involvement in implementation/support cycles

C. Workday Finance (Certified/Freshers Welcome)

  • Open to freshers or domain experts transitioning to Workday
  • Mandatory: Valid Workday Finance Certification
  • Suitable for accounting/finance professionals moving into cloud ERP

D. Treasury (SAP TRM – Train-to-Hire Opportunity)

  • Background in Corporate Treasury or Treasury Advisory
  • Open to training in SAP TRM (Treasury & Risk Management)
  • Ideal for those with treasury domain experience looking to pivot into ERP

Desired Profile:

  • 2 – 6 years of experience in Finance, ERP, or Consulting
  • Freshers with Workday Finance Certification also welcome
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and client-facing skills
  • Ability to work in dynamic project teams and fast-paced environments
