About the VIP & Institutional TeamBuilt by the world's largest digital asset exchange by trading volume, Binance VIP and Institutional offers access to digital asset solutions for VIP clients and institutions. We work closely with a wide range of market participants, including individual traders, high-frequency trading (HFT) and proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers and family offices, market makers and brokers, investment banks, corporations, fintech firms, and more. Responsibilities- Build and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) and retail individual clients, driving client acquisition and retention.
- Foster strong, personalized relationships with clients by understanding their financial objectives, risk profiles, and investment preferences.
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored Binance products, such as trading accounts, staking solutions, or Web3 offerings, to meet their goals.
- Guide clients through onboarding, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience with Binances platform and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client-facing processes and contribute ideas for improving Binances VIP offerings.
- Analyze regional market trends to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted strategies for client acquisition.
- Stay informed on cryptocurrency market developments and Binance product updates to provide clients with expert advice.
- 1-3 years of experience in individual sales or client services within financial services, such as wealth management, retail banking, investment advisory, or brokerage.
- Demonstrated success in managing relationships with HNW individuals, retail investors, or private banking clients.
- Exceptional sales and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs and perform effectively under pressure.
- Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology; prior experience in the crypto industry is highly desirable.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and client management processes is a plus.
