What you will do as a commercial intern:

You will be assigned to projects that provide hands-on experience from brand building to customer strategy planning that directly impact business growth. You can gain valuable insights into consumer intelligence and behavior, brand strategies, and customer management, which are essential skills that enable our talents to grow into future business leaders in P&G.

Future Career Path:

Once you win the return offer, your full-time role will be determined based on your skills, preferences and the companys business needs. You will usually be assigned to a role that is related to one specific domain in brand or sales, which allows you to develop in-depth skill at an early stage. Moving forward, you will have the opportunity to rotate across diverse roles in both brand and sales to develop more well-rounded skills that enable you to become a successful Commercial Leader in the future.

We are looking for:

• In penultimate year in Bachelors or above degree and is expected to graduate by 2027.
• Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills.
• Demonstrate ability of creative/critical thinking and problem solving.
• Strong in communication and collaboration with others.
• Ability to drive innovation and brand growth.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
• Take initiative and show flexibility.
• Legally eligible to work in Hong Kong.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

This is important to note:
