YOUR ROLE SPECIALTY AREAS

As a Product Supply Manager, you will have the opportunity to discover P&G's technologies & standards which are worldly recognized. We will help you to build your capabilities through the job experience, mentoring and training.
Early in your career, we offer a rotational assignment model where employees change assignments every 2 to 3 years. Over the course of your career, you will have the opportunity to work in different types of supply chain assignments including:

• Demand Planning: Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply & logistics teams to develop and execute demand plans and lead the integrated Business Operational Planning (BOP) process to support business growth, improve forecast accuracy and achieve company goals.
• Customer Logistics Management: Understand customers supply chain and collaborate with the supply chain of key customers to improve the supply network between P&G and customer in terms of availability, speed and cost.
• Physical Distribution: Manage third-party logistics (3PL) and warehouse operations to ensure smooth operation and quality products are delivered to customers and consumers.

Product Supply plays a critical role in multi-functional teams, as a key stakeholder in business development and decision-making. Forecasting customer demand, owning and executing production and planning; working with the information flow for the entire supply chain and being responsible for the physical flow process from suppliers through production plants and distribution centers to the customer's shelf.
All these missions require a strong multi-functional work, which means that you'll work with other functions both internally and externally and you will be responsible to make sure that we have the right product at the right place with the right cost.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Currently working towards completion of a bachelors or above degree in an accredited university in 2025 or with 0-3 years of work experience after graduation.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Strengths with strategic thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to lead, communicate, and collaborate effectively.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong sense of ownership and operational discipline.
• Legally eligible to work in Taiwan.
