Finance & Accounting at P&G plays a leadership role in strategy setting, decision-making, business planning and analysis across all aspects of the business. In addition, we lead Company efforts in Tax, M&A, Treasury, Corporate Strategy, Accounting and Internal Controls.

As a Finance Manager, your work will be meaningful straight out of school. You will work as the finance leader on a team with representatives from various other functions that are responsible for a brand, a category or a channel. Within these teams, you will find strong collaboration among team members and an environment where everyone's opinions are valued and encouraged to be shared. Our focus is to win as a team with everyone's strong individual contributions. You will play a role in strategy setting, decision-making, business planning, and making investment choices based on financial analysis across all aspects of the business.

Early in your career, we offer a rotational assignment model where employees change assignments every 2 to 3 years. Over the course of your career, you will have the opportunity to work in different types of Finance & Accounting assignments including:

• Brand Category Finance
• Sales Finance
• Supply Chain Finance
• Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis
• Accounting /Tax/ Treasury

As you progress, you may have the opportunity to work globally via business travel or to complete an oversea assignment somewhere else in the world. If you prefer, after a few rotations you can also choose to specialize in one of the following Finance & Accounting areas and become a subject matter expert for the company. Ultimately, we want to help build the career path that is right for you.

• A commercial path to CFO and more As a finance manager, you will play a key role in commercial leadership, including how to build a profitable, sustainable business model, how to plan and deliver KPIs to maximize shareholder return, and on daily basis, use your data analysis to create business value.
• Fast-track career You will start working on sizable brands or channels from day one. Over time, as you expand your impact on the business, your responsibility and scope will quickly grow.
• Rotation across the value chain You will be rotated every 2-3 years across different F&A assignments mentioned above, to develop different commercial skills, finance & accounting skills, and influencing / communication skills.
• Professional Development If the individual chooses to develop themselves with professional F&A certificates, company provides holistic sponsorship on various professional certificates including CPA, CFA, and ACCA. The support includes study materials, examination fees, and membership fees.
• Continuous coaching & mentorship We are passionate about talent development. We will make sure you receive both formal training and regular coaching and mentorship from your manager and mentors.

• Currently working towards completion of a bachelors degree in an accredited university in 2026 OR 0-3 years of work experience after graduation.

• Demonstrate ability of creative/critical thinking and problem solving.
• Strong in communication and collaboration with others.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese and English
• Legally eligible to work in Hong Kong.
