We're expanding our Travel & Tourism Division and looking for an energetic Travel Consultant to join our team

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries for domestic and international travel packages.
  • Design customized itineraries (flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing).
  • Process flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel insurance.
  • Provide information on visas, destinations, and travel documents.
  • Manage customer communication via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Coordinate with vendors, agents, and service providers.
  • Maintain daily booking reports and follow up with clients.
  • Upsell additional services such as travel insurance, upgrades, and tours.

Requirements

  • Any graduate (preferably in Tourism / Business / Communication).
  • 0–3 years of experience in travel, tourism, or customer service.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of flight booking or travel portals (preferred).
  • Computer skills (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Business).
  • Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
