Field Sales Executive

About the Role We are looking for energetic and passionate Field Sales Executives to promote and sell our software products and services across the Tamil Nadu market The role involves identifying potential clients understanding their business needs and offering the right software solutions This is a client-facing role suitable for individuals who enjoy building relationships achieving targets and growing with a fast-paced software company Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted field visits strategic cold calls and effective networking Meet with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present software solutions Demonstrate product features and services to clients Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Collect market insights and feedback to support product and service improvements Collaborate with the internal team for proposals quotations and after-sales support Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports Skills Competencies Required Strong communication and presentation skills Tamil English mandatory Basic understanding of software IT solutions training will be provided Negotiation and persuasion skills Goal-oriented with a positive attitude Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory Self-motivated disciplined and adaptable to dynamic work environments Compensation Benefits as per Tamil Nadu IT Sales market standards Salary Range 12 000 - 20 000 per month based on experience performance Incentives Attractive sales incentives commissions on achieving targets Travel Allowance Reimbursement for travel mobile expenses Two Wheeler Mandatory with a Valid Driving Licence Performance Bonus Quarterly and annual performance-based rewards Career Growth Fast-track promotion opportunities based on results Training Development Comprehensive product and sales training with mentorship Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Required Experience Field sales 2 years Required Willingness to travel 75 Required Work Location In person
