About the Role
As a Business Growth & Strategic Coordination Manager, you will:
- Act as a key link between leadership, sales teams, suppliers, corporate clients, and channel partners across all our businesses (Construction & Agriculture Equipment, Interiors, Fuel, Construction Chemicals, IT & Technology).
- Identify and convert business opportunities through proactive engagement, presentations, and market visits when required.
- Explore and develop potential partnerships and projects in the IT sector for our technology company, alongside our core business operations.
- Evaluate the financial impact of deals to ensure profitability and business sustainability.
- Monitor and drive business performance through strategic coordination, planning, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal teams, channel partners, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth business operations and growth.
Identify new markets, business opportunities, and leads across sectors — including construction, agriculture, interiors, IT, corporate and government segments.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and client visits to build business relationships and close deals when needed.
Understand both marketing strategies and financial implications to create profitable and sustainable business proposals.
Support leadership in decision-making by sharing timely reports, insights, and market trends.
Create, implement, and follow up on strategic plans to boost sales and business visibility.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Male/Female candidates with 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Corporate Relations, or Strategic Coordination.
Strong marketing sense with the ability to turn opportunities into revenue.
Understanding of financial basics — profitability, cost management, pricing strategies, and ROI.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation & interpersonal skills.
Must be energetic, optimistic, enterprising, and willing to travel for meetings when required.
Experience in IT/business tech marketing or exposure to multiple industries will be an added advantage.
