The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving businessgrowth across the company's diverse portfolio, including tiles, marble, and mosaics,etc. This individual will work closely with Architects, Interior Designers (also if requiredwith Contractors) and Channel Partners to build long-lasting relationships and ensuremarket expansion. As a key player in expanding the product lines, the BDM will focuson creating new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, managing keyaccounts, and executing growth strategies.About the company:It was established in 1953 and has been serving the industry for more than 70 years.With its headquarters in Mumbai, it has built a strong presence across India throughexclusive showrooms, franchise outlets, dealers, and sub-dealers. Over theyears, it has expanded its reach globally while maintaining a strong distributionnetwork across multiple Indian cities..● Business Development & Market Expansion:○ Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company'sproduct offerings within the specified regions (Natural Marble, Kalinga,Terrazzo, Porcelain Surfaces).○ Build and execute strategic plans to drive growth and market presenceacross these product lines, ensuring alignment with broader companyobjectives.○ Generate business through Architects, Interior Designers& if required withContractors, Builders.Generate business through Channel Sales by presenting theproducts, securing specifications, and influencing product selectionfor projects.● Client Relationship & Account Management:○ Develop strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring ongoingsatisfaction and retention.○ Oversee key account management to drive repeat business and clientloyalty.● Sales Strategy & Execution:○ Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product) to developsales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing models that supportbusiness objectives.○ Manage the sales process, from lead generation to contract signing,ensuring timely follow-up and closing of deals.○ Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitoractivities to adjust business strategies and enhance market positioning.● Team Management & Collaboration:○ Lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) tomeet business development targets and sales goals.○ Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure the team effectivelyrepresents the company's products and services.○ Foster a collaborative environment within the team and acrossdepartments to achieve organizational goals.● Sales Support & Client Retention:○ Oversee Pre-installation guidance & post-installation services, ensuringclient satisfaction and addressing any complaints or issues promptly.○ Monitor customer feedback and initiate corrective actions to improvecustomer retention and product satisfaction.○ Strengthen client relationships through consistent follow-ups and tailoredsupport to ensure long-term business success.● Revenue & Financial Management:○ Develop and manage budgets for business development activities,ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximized revenue generation.○ Work towards achieving sales targets, fostering the growth of companyproduct lines and ensuring profitable outcomes.● Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:○ Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitorstrategies to continuously refine and improve business developmenttactics.○ Use data insights and feedback to anticipate market shifts and adjuststrategies proactively.Working Days and Time :-● 6 days working - Sunday off● Timings: 10.00 am pmJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹800, ₹1,000,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
