The EPR Compliance Manager will manage all activities related to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for Binbag and its clients. This includes designing EPR compliance plans, ensuring adherence to CPCB/SPCB regulations, and managing documentation and reporting. The role requires a strong understanding of the E-waste (Management) Rules and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement EPR compliance strategies for clients as per CPCB/SPCB guidelines
  2. Ensure timely collection and recycling of materials to meet compliance targets
  3. Prepare and maintain accurate compliance reports and documentation for regulatory submissions
  4. Liaise with government authorities, clients, and vendors regarding EPR obligations
  5. Monitor changes in EPR regulations and ensure company readiness for compliance updates
  6. Support the operations team to integrate compliance measures into recycling workflows

Requirements

  1. Required Skills & Qualifications
  2. Education: PG/Graduate in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
  3. Experience: 4–6 years in compliance management, preferably in recycling, waste management, or environmental consulting
  4. Strong knowledge of EPR regulations and E-waste (Management) Rules
  5. Proficiency in documentation and reporting tools
  6. Key Attributes
  7. Detail-oriented with strong regulatory knowledge
  8. Excellent stakeholder management skills
  9. Ability to handle compliance audits and deadlines efficiently
