Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced
Recruiter Lead
to join our dynamic team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in
high-volume hiring
, excellent
leadership skills
, and the ability to drive recruitment strategies effectively to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
  • Plan and execute
    bulk hiring
    strategies across multiple functions and locations.
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth selection process.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics, including turnaround time and quality of hire.
  • Train, guide, and motivate the recruitment team to maintain performance standards.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • Minimum
    2–4 years of experience
    in recruitment with at least
    1+ year in team handling
    .
  • Hands-on experience in
    bulk/volume hiring
    (preferably for BPO, sales, or field operations).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and popular recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
