About the Role

The AI Engineer will be responsible for building, training, and deploying AI/ML models that power Future Forbes' HR platform. The role involves working on NLP, LLMs, and recommendation systems to enhance recruitment automation, candidate-job matching, and workforce analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize ML/DL models for candidate screening, resume parsing, and recommendation engines.
  • Work on NLP and LLM-based solutions for text classification, semantic search, and conversational AI.
  • Build scalable AI pipelines with proper data preprocessing and model deployment practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and full-stack developers to integrate AI into the platform.
  • Apply MLOps practices for CI/CD, monitoring, and retraining of models.
  • Ensure compliance with fairness, bias mitigation, and data privacy standards.
  • Research and evaluate emerging AI/ML frameworks and apply them to improve product performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Python
    and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Experience with
    NLP/LLMs
    (Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, etc.).
  • Knowledge of
    MLOps tools
    (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, FastAPI/Flask).
  • Familiarity with databases and data pipelines (SQL/NoSQL, Pandas, Spark).
  • Experience deploying AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Tech, recruitment automation, or SaaS product development.
  • Knowledge of bias detection and ethical AI practices.
  • Exposure to generative AI, LLaMA, Gemini, or other LLM frameworks.
