Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist located in Chandigarh. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing and analyzing customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle with the goal of improving customer relationships, assisting in customer retention, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include implementing CRM practices, overseeing CRM software, ensuring the CRM system runs smoothly, training staff in the use of CRM, and handling client interactions to foster solid relationships.

Shift: Night Shift (7:30pm - 3:30am)

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proficient Analytical Skills and Project Management abilities
  • Relevant experience in managing customer relationships and CRM systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the IT or offshoring industry is a plus
