About the Role:

Expertrons is seeking a proactive and dynamic
Founder's Office Intern
to support our leadership team in day-to-day operations. This role involves closely assisting the founders in managing business activities, ensuring timely updates from teams, streamlining hiring processes, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the founders in daily tasks, meetings, and business operations.
  • Ensure timely collection and consolidation of reports from different teams.
  • Support the hiring process by coordinating recruitment activities and screening candidates.
  • Conduct research and provide insights to aid decision-making.
  • Help streamline internal processes for improved efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of business goals.

Requirements:

  • Availability for a minimum internship duration of 3-6 months.
