We are expanding our
Founder's Office
— a high-impact, cross-functional team that drives strategic initiatives, process improvement, and business growth.

What You'll Do

You'll be the right hand to the Founder & CEO— a mix of
strategist, operator, and executor
— responsible for ensuring smooth coordination across departments and driving key company initiatives.

Your day-to-day may include:

  • Hiring:
    Building a high-performance team
  • Business Development:
    Support outreach on LinkedIn, apply for proposals, and track new opportunities.
  • Project Management:
    Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables across teams.
  • Team Coordination:
    Liaise with the marketing, design, and accounting teams for updates and follow-ups.
  • Systems & Processes:
    Help set up company systems (HR, PR, materials management, etc.) for scale.
  • PowerApps & POCs:
    Support in building or testing digital tools and Power Platform prototypes.
  • Website & Profile Management:
    Maintain website content, company profile, and digital presence.
  • Follow-ups & Calendar:
    Manage the founder's schedule, meetings, and task tracking.
  • Learning & Growth:
    Continuously learn new tools like Power BI, PowerApps, n8n, and HubSpot.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years
    of experience in
    operations, project coordination, or business development
    roles.
  • Exposure to the
    construction/infrastructure industry
    (must-have).
  • Some with an IIT or NIT education.
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Hands-on with Excel, PowerPoint, and at least one project or CRM tool (e.g., HubSpot, Notion, ClickUp).
  • Eager to learn
    AI, automation, and Power Platform
    tools.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working directly with leadership.
