  • Role Overview

This is not a typical internship.

As a
Founder's Office Intern
, you will work directly with the founders and get exposure across
operations, customer success, Shopify, marketplaces, events, product workflows, and day-to-day decision-making
.

You will get a front-row seat to how a D2C startup is built — and you'll be expected to contribute like an early team member.

  • Responsibilities
  • End-to-end
    operations handling
    — vendors, logistics, inventory coordination
  • Support
    customer success
    — queries, escalations, NPS, feedback loops
  • Day-to-day management of
    Shopify
    backend
  • Manage listings, uploads, and performance on
    marketplaces
    (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Assist in
    events, exhibitions, and pop-ups
  • Support cross-functional tasks with product, design, and marketing
  • Execute founder-led special projects
