Now, we're looking for someone who wants to help us bring that vision to life - across brand, business, and beyond.

The Role: Founder's Office (Business & Strategy)

  • This is a high-ownership, generalist role for someone who wants to understand how a consumer brand is built from the ground up.
  • You'll work directly with the founders and be involved in day-to-day decision-making across the business. This isn't a single-function internship - it's a front-row seat to how strategy turns into execution.
  • You'll move fluidly between big-picture thinking and on-ground problem solving, helping shape how MIYO operates, grows, and shows up in the world.

What You'll Do

Business & Strategy

  • Support founders in strategic planning, growth initiatives, and prioritisation
  • Build frameworks, trackers, and dashboards to help with decision-making
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight studies

Finance & Fundraising

  • Assist with basic financial tracking, budgeting, cost analysis, and unit economics
  • Help analyse store-level performance, pricing decisions, and profitability drivers
  • Support data-driven reviews of what's working and what needs improvement

Operations & Execution

  • Work closely with operations to improve processes, efficiency, and consistency
  • Help document SOPs and identify gaps or bottlenecks on the ground
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams when needed

Marketing, Brand & Growth

  • Contribute to marketing strategy, campaign planning, and content ideation
  • Help plan launches, promotions, and brand initiatives
  • Track performance of marketing efforts and derive learnings

Special Projects

  • Own and execute cross-functional projects from idea to rollout
  • Act as a bridge between founders and teams to ensure alignment and follow-through
  • You won't just be observing - you'll be expected to think, question, suggest, and execute.

Who You Are

  • A 3rd or 4th year student or a recent graduate eager to get hands-on
  • Based in Mumbai
  • Genuinely curious about how businesses work — especially consumer, retail, or startup environments
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by wearing multiple hats
  • Structured, proactive, and able to connect dots across functions
  • Someone who enjoys both spreadsheets and storytelling
  • A foodie who understands trends, experience, and what makes brands resonate
