Job Overview:

Looking for a motivated and resourceful Founders Office Intern to join our team. This role will provide you with a unique opportunity to work closely with the founders, gaining firsthand experience in startup operations, strategy, and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Research & Analysis:

Conduct market research to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.

Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Project Support:

Assist in the planning and execution of key projects, ensuring deadlines are met.

Collaborate with various teams to gather information and facilitate project workflows.

Communication & Coordination:

Help manage communications between the founders and internal/external stakeholders.

Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes during discussions.

Documentation & Reporting:

Create and maintain documentation for processes, project updates, and reports.

Assist in preparing presentations and materials for internal and external use.

General Support:

Provide administrative support to the Founders Office as needed.

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving operations.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management tools.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous internship or work experience in a startup environment or related field.

Passion for entrepreneurship and a desire to learn about startup operations and strategy.
