Strong understanding of patent law, including drafting, prosecution, and

litigation, particularly in the context of biosimilars.

Scientific Background:

In-depth knowledge of biotechnology processes, including protein

engineering, cell culture, and purification.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret

complex scientific and legal information.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to

explain complex IP issues to both technical and non-technical

audiences.

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to lead and manage a team, prioritize tasks, and work

effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Understanding of Biosimilar Regulatory Frameworks:

Familiarity with global regulatory pathways for biosimilars, including US,

EU, UK, Japan and Indian regulationsKey Relationship:

Advanced degree (MSc, PhD, or equivalent) in Biotechnology,
