Role & responsibilities :

  1. Shopify Store Ownership & Growth

  2. Manage end-to-end Shopify operations: listings, promotions, performance marketing, analytics, and UI/UX enhancements.

  3. Scale the store within India and expand into international geographies.

  4. UI/UX & Brand Experience

  5. Ensure the website reflects a luxury brand experience with high-end design aesthetics and seamless navigation.

  6. Collaborate with internal design teams for continuous improvements in user experience.

  7. Sales Strategy & Performance Marketing

  8. Coordinate with external SEO and performance marketing agencies to plan and execute ad campaigns.

  9. Manage budgets, track ROI, and optimize performance across all campaigns.

  10. P&L & Reporting

  11. Work closely with data analysts, accounts, and directors for weekly/monthly/quarterly P&L reporting.

  12. Take full ownership of sales, expenses, and profitability metrics.

  13. Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  14. Lead internal teams for content, customer care, accounts, and dispatch to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.

  15. Coordinate with external SEO and marketing agencies for technical and campaign support.

  16. International Expansion

  17. Develop and execute a roadmap for scaling Shopify operations beyond the Indian market.

Requirements

  • Experience: 710 years in e-commerce, with at least 3–4 years in Shopify store management.

  • Skills:

  • Hands-on expertise in Shopify platform management (front-end & back-end).

  • Strong sense of UI/UX, design aesthetics, and premium website experiences.
  • Proficiency in SEO coordination, performance marketing, and ad budget management.
  • Analytical mindset for P&L analysis, sales reporting, and data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and external agencies.

  • Education: Graduate/MBA preferred.

  • Mindset: Ownership-driven, growth-oriented, and committed to innovation and excellence.
