Role & responsibilities :

  1. Marketplace Ownership & Growth

  2. Manage end-to-end operations across Amazon India, Tata CLiQ Lux, and future marketplaces.

  3. Scale sales and expand to new marketplaces and international markets.
  4. Take over from existing external agencies and bring operations in-house.

  5. Sales Strategy & Campaign Management

  6. Plan and execute marketplace sales strategies, ad campaigns, and promotions.

  7. Monitor and optimize ad budgets, A/B testing, and campaign performance.
  8. Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability.

  9. Listings & Content Management

  10. Oversee product listings, images, A+ content, and SEO optimization for maximum visibility and conversions.

  11. Inventory, Logistics & Returns

  12. Coordinate with the in-house logistics head for dispatches, returns, and claims.

  13. Ensure timely replenishment and stock health across all marketplaces.

  14. Analytics & Reporting

  15. Prepare weekly sales reports, ad performance summaries, and P&L statements for directors.

  16. Take ownership of all numbers, supported by in-house data analysts and accountants.

  17. Team Leadership & Expansion

  18. Build and lead the marketplace team over time.

  19. Train and mentor team members on best practices and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Experience: 710 years in E-commerce/Marketplace operations, preferably in premium/luxury product segments.

  • Skills:

  • Hands-on expertise in Amazon Seller Central and Tata CLiQ Lux operations.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign management, ad budgets, A/B testing, and sales strategy.
  • Proficiency in P&L analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to manage inventory, returns, and logistics coordination.
  • Strong leadership skills to build and manage a growing team.

Education: Graduate/MBA preferred.
