Role & responsibilities :
Marketplace Ownership & Growth
Manage end-to-end operations across Amazon India, Tata CLiQ Lux, and future marketplaces.
- Scale sales and expand to new marketplaces and international markets.
Take over from existing external agencies and bring operations in-house.
Sales Strategy & Campaign Management
Plan and execute marketplace sales strategies, ad campaigns, and promotions.
- Monitor and optimize ad budgets, A/B testing, and campaign performance.
Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability.
Listings & Content Management
Oversee product listings, images, A+ content, and SEO optimization for maximum visibility and conversions.
Inventory, Logistics & Returns
Coordinate with the in-house logistics head for dispatches, returns, and claims.
Ensure timely replenishment and stock health across all marketplaces.
Analytics & Reporting
Prepare weekly sales reports, ad performance summaries, and P&L statements for directors.
Take ownership of all numbers, supported by in-house data analysts and accountants.
Team Leadership & Expansion
Build and lead the marketplace team over time.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices and operational excellence.
Requirements
Experience: 710 years in E-commerce/Marketplace operations, preferably in premium/luxury product segments.
Skills:
- Hands-on expertise in Amazon Seller Central and Tata CLiQ Lux operations.
- Strong knowledge of campaign management, ad budgets, A/B testing, and sales strategy.
- Proficiency in P&L analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Ability to manage inventory, returns, and logistics coordination.
- Strong leadership skills to build and manage a growing team.
Education: Graduate/MBA preferred.
Mindset: Data-driven, growth-oriented, and accountable for results.
