Talent Advisor(US Hiring)

Type: Contractual

Experience Required: 3-6 Years

Job Location: Gurugram

Work Timing: PM IST

  • Source candidates from the US for US hiring.
  • Expert in using Boolean search strings
  • Manage in-house recruitment and the whole interview coordination for US hiring.
  • Develop sourcing strategies that are successful in reaching out to the passive and active job seekers in the US Market.
  • Experience in handling full-time requirements
  • Extensive experience in using Job Portals for US and should have rich experience with LinkedIn recruiter.
  • Screen and interview prospective candidates.
  • Build a strong relationship with candidates throughout the interview to ensure a positive experience.
  • Coordinate with the US hiring team and hiring managers to assess candidates'' competencies and work with the US hiring team in extending job offers to selected candidates.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal team members and recruitment vendors to help identify and source qualified talents.
  • Should adhere to established processes and procedures for a smooth workflow.
  • Regularly update the internal database with new resumes and bring in more innovative recruiting techniques

This is an initial 6-month contract job which can be extended or converted into a full-time role based on performance.
