Job Description

We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of our paid marketing channels. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, YouTube Ads, WhatsApp, and Telegram to drive lead generation, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display), Meta Ads, and YouTube.

Design and implement lead generation flows via WhatsApp and Telegram marketing.

Optimize campaigns daily for performance: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS.

Collaborate with design and content teams to produce ad creatives and landing pages.

A/B test creatives, copy, and audiences to identify best-performing combinations.

Monitor analytics and report campaign performance, insights, and growth opportunities.

Stay updated with the latest platform updates and trends.

Requirements:

Proven experience (2+ years) in performance marketing across Google, Meta, YouTube.

Experience with marketing tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and YouTube Studio.

Familiarity with WhatsApp and Telegram automation tools / bots / broadcast marketing.

Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.

Ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI-positive campaigns.

Good communication and project management skills.
