Administration Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement Support:
- Prepare and process PRs (Purchase Requisitions) and POs (Purchase Orders) as per company policy.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, deliveries, and invoice follow-ups.
- Maintain records of all PRs/POs and ensure timely approvals and closures.
- Support in vendor empanelment and documentation.
2. Front Office Management:
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Attend incoming calls and route them appropriately.
- Greet and assist visitors and guests professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mails, couriers, and office correspondence.
3. Administrative Coordination:
- Assist in office facility management (stationery, pantry, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support needs.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Support in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements as required.
