Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven HR Analytics Specialist
who can transform HR data into actionable insights using tools like
Tableau, Power BI, and AI-driven analytics
. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR and leadership teams to support decision-making across talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain
    HR dashboards and reports
    using
    Power BI, Tableau
    , and other visualization tools.
  • Analyze HR metrics such as
    attrition, hiring trends, diversity, employee engagement, and performance
    .
  • Build and maintain
    predictive models
    using AI/ML techniques for workforce planning and attrition risk.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to understand their data needs and provide custom reports and insights.
  • Automate HR processes and reporting using
    AI-based tools and scripts
    (Python, R, or other platforms).
  • Interpret data trends and make strategic recommendations to improve HR practices.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with HR data governance and privacy regulations.
  • Create and maintain
    HR analytics documentation
    , data dictionaries, and dashboard user guides.
  • Assist in implementation of new HR technologies/tools that leverage AI and data analytics.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in
    Tableau
    and
    Power BI
    for data visualization.
  • Good understanding of
    AI/ML concepts
    and experience applying them to HR datasets.
  • Proficient in
    SQL
    ,
    Excel
    , and at least one scripting language (Python or R preferred).
  • Knowledge of HR domains like recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and L&D.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience with
    HRMS systems
    (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM).
  • Prior experience in a similar
    HR analytics role
    within a mid to large-scale organization.
  • Familiarity with
    NLP
    ,
    chatbots
    , or AI-enabled employee engagement tools is a plus.
