As an HR Associate Intern in the Resource Management department, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Bench Management: Oversee and monitor the availability of employees, ensuring efficient resource allocation and utilization.
  • Skill Assessment: Assist in evaluating candidates' skills to match them with suitable roles within the company or client projects.
  • Leadership and Negotiation: Develop strong leadership and negotiation skills to manage expectations, address concerns, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Coordination: Serve as a liaison between candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Daily HR Activities: Support various day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and other HR-related activities.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts to accommodate USA business hours.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in the HR and resource management field.
  • Prior experience or knowledge in HR or resource management (preferred but not mandatory).
