Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic
ERP Sales Executive
to drive sales of our ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, understanding client requirements, providing product demonstrations, and closing deals. This role requires a mix of business development skills and a good understanding of ERP processes to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to potential clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads for ERP solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and pain points.
  • Deliver product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain and update CRM with all sales activities.
  • Collaborate with functional/technical teams for smooth project handover.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Stay updated on ERP trends, modules, and competitors' offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/IT (MBA preferred)
  • 1–3 years of ERP/Software/IT Solution sales experience
  • Strong presentation and relationship management skills
