Purpose :

To maximize the effectiveness of B2B Sales by producing high quality lead towards agreed set targets and profitability goals

Key Accountability

Lead Generation

Key Activities :
  • Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the B2B sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads.
  • Responsible for calling sales leads received through online lead generation.
  • Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors
  • Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the database.
  • Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business.
  • Negotiate commercial terms within set guidelines.
  • To send brochures/
  • Catalogue through email as well hard copy to potential leads and confirm receipt.

Key Decisions
  • Decision on qualifying the leads on Hot,Warm and Cold basis.
  • Decision on allocation of the appointment/leads to designate person/dept.
Working Realtion

  • Maintain cordial relations with vendors and distributors.
  • Build healthy relationships with other department & functions in the unit
  • Close relation with Subordinates to ensure harmonious working conditions
