Head of Production and Research & Development – Mattresses Division: Ahmedabad / GujaratLead the Future of Luxury Comfort with V&J Furnishings: V&J Furnishings is a pioneering leader in luxury home furnishings, celebrated for uncompromising quality, craftsmanship, and innovation. We are seeking an experienced National Head of Production and R&D to oversee our mattress manufacturing or sourcing operations and drive new product development, ensuring our competitive edge in India’s premium mattress segment.Your Impact: Lead and manage end-to-end mattress production operations across facilities, driving efficiency and quality excellence Own the R&D pipeline and new product development initiatives aligned with market trends and customer needs Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to launch innovative mattress products Develop and implement robust production strategies to scale capacity while maintaining premium standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives, cost optimization, and quality assurance processesWhat You Bring: Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in mattress manufacturing with hands-on expertise in production and R&D Strong knowledge of mattress materials, construction techniques, and product development life cycle Proven track record in managing manufacturing teams, process innovation, and new product introduction Excellent project management, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skillsWhy V&J Furnishings?
