Our focus lies inAyurvedic medicine manufacturing ,R&D , andpersonalized consultation , blending traditional wisdom with modern scientific rigor.POSITION: HEAD – RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT, QUALITY CONTROL & CONSULTATION Location: Type:Full-time (On-site) Salary Range:₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on experience & expertise)KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead theR&Dof Ayurvedic formulations, ensuring scientific validation and regulatory compliance. SuperviseQuality Control (QC)andQuality Assurance (QA)during manufacturing and post-production. Conduct patientconsultations , diagnose conditions, and prescribe appropriate Ayurvedic treatments. Work closely with the founders onnew product development ,clinical validation , andprocess optimization . Ensure all formulations comply withAYUSH standardsand maintain proper documentation. Train and guide the manufacturing and quality teams on Ayurvedic principles and product integrity.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BAMS / MD (Ayurveda)from a recognized institution. 5–7 years of experience inAyurvedic medicine manufacturing / R&D / consultation . Strong understanding ofclassical formulations ,modern QC practices , andGMPstandards. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
