Our focus lies in Ayurvedic medicine manufacturing, R&D, and personalized consultation, blending traditional wisdom with modern scientific rigor.POSITION: HEAD – RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT, QUALITY CONTROL & CONSULTATIONLocation:Type: Full-time (On-site)Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on experience & expertise)KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead the R&D of Ayurvedic formulations, ensuring scientific validation and regulatory compliance. - Supervise Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) during manufacturing and post-production. - Conduct patient consultations, diagnose conditions, and prescribe appropriate Ayurvedic treatments. - Work closely with the founders on new product development, clinical validation, and process optimization. - Ensure all formulations comply with AYUSH standards and maintain proper documentation. - Train and guide the manufacturing and quality teams on Ayurvedic principles and product integrity.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:- BAMS / MD (Ayurveda) from a recognized institution. - 5–7 years of experience in Ayurvedic medicine manufacturing / R&D / consultation. - Strong understanding of classical formulations, modern QC practices, and GMP standards. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. - Passion for Ayurveda and innovation in holistic healthcare.WHY JOIN STRENGTHIVA:- Opportunity to lead from the front in a fast-growing Ayurvedic venture. - Work directly with the founding team in shaping the company’s product line and research direction. - Blend clinical practice with product innovation for maximum impact. - A culture driven by authenticity, science, and wellness.HOW TO APPLY:Interested candidates can share their resume and credentials at hr@strengthiva.com or WhatsApp us at with the subject line – Application: Head – R&D & Consultation (Strengthiva)
