The primary responsibilities include contacting potential clients via phone to promote and sell mattress tapes, following up on leads, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks also include responding to customer inquiries, maintaining customer databases, and meeting sales targets.Qualifications Customer Service and Phone Etiquette skills Sales and Communication skills Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven experience in a telemarketing or customer service role or sales role is beneficial Knows more than one regional languageJob Responsibilities Handle B2B Sales operations Prospect new clients using AI-powered search tools Conduct client requirement discovery calls and follow-ups Engage with clients via WhatsApp Meet clients physically if required Flexible to travel across South India at least once a month Create and maintain a Sales Reporting System Needs to undergo 3 Months of training probationary periodCompensation ₹3,00,000 per annum + percentage of sales value
