**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive **Telemarketing Representative** to join our home decor business. In this role, you will engage with potential and existing customers over the phone, introduce our range of home decor products and services, and help generate appointments and sales. You will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness and building strong client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote home decor products and services.
- Explain product features, current offers, and promotions clearly and effectively.
- Answer customer queries and provide product recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain and update customer database with call details, feedback, and lead status.
- Schedule design consultations or store visits where applicable.
- Follow up with interested leads and assist in converting them into sales.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service (preferably in lifestyle or home decor).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Fluency in language
- e.g. English, Hindi

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
