Job Title: Telemarketing Sales Representative

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Contact potential customers by telephone.

Arranging appointments with the schools for the sales team and maintaining the records.

Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.

Describe the product benefits to prospective customers.

Obtain customer information and update the database with all communication details.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.

Keep abreast of product information and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

Handle customer objections and complaints effectively and efficiently.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
