Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Job Description:

We are hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our gym. The role involves welcoming members, handling inquiries, managing registrations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist gym members and visitors in a friendly manner.
  • Handle phone calls, messages, and client inquiries.
  • Manage new memberships, renewals, and payments.
  • Maintain attendance records and client information.
  • Support trainers and management with daily tasks.
  • Keep reception area clean, professional, and organized.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in reception or customer service (preferred).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, billing software).
  • Well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused.
  • Positive attitude and ability to multitask.
