Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive
    business growth for Home Loan & LAP products
    across the assigned region.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of
    Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, and channel partners
    to achieve disbursement and revenue targets.
  • Develop and expand sourcing channels through
    DSAs, connectors, open market, builders, and corporate tie-ups
    .
  • Implement sales strategies, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with
    key partners, stakeholders, and customers
    .
  • Track
    market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
    to stay ahead in the market.
  • Collaborate with credit, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth business execution.
  • Drive
    high-performance culture
    and develop future leaders within the team.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 10–18 years of proven experience in
    Home Loan / LAP sales
    with Banks, NBFCs, or Housing Finance Companies.
  • Strong exposure to
    regional-level business management, team handling, and channel development
    .
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of
    mortgage products, credit norms, and compliance guidelines
    .
  • Ability to deliver results in a dynamic and competitive market.
  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Finance preferred).
