Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets in the personal care/beauty sector.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors in the region.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Ensure effective execution of promotional activities and marketing plans.
  • Analyse sales data and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
  • Oversee budget management and resource allocation for the region.

The Successful Applicant
A successful RSM - South should have:

  • A master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience as regional manager in handling southern states
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the personal care/beauty or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
