About Our Client

Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets in the personal care/beauty sector.
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors in the region.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure effective execution of promotional activities and marketing plans.
- Analyse sales data and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Oversee budget management and resource allocation for the region.
The Successful Applicant
A successful RSM - South should have:
- A master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience as regional manager in handling southern states
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the personal care/beauty or retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
