Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager - Air, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Manager - Air will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities related to air freight services. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with the operations team to ensure service delivery excellence and handling customer queries and issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
- Knowledge of Air Freight services and the logistics industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
