Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, build and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients, and develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities will include generating leads, conducting market analysis, negotiating contracts, and working collaboratively with the marketing and operations teams. Ensuring client satisfaction and meeting sales targets will be integral to the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management
  • Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Business Development experience
  • Negotiation, Relationship Building, and Client Retention skills
  • Strong communication, networking, and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in sales or a managerial position, preferably in hospitality
