Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Business Development-Aerospace position. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and building and maintaining relationships with customers. The role involves identifying market opportunities, devising strategic plans to expand business in the aerospace sector, and handling customer service inquiries. They will also analyze market trends, prepare reports, and contribute to the overall growth strategies of the company.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities
 - Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
 - Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques
 - Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
 - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
 - Experience in the aerospace or related industry is beneficial
 - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
 
General Background
The ideal candidate is an engineering graduate with a post graduate qualification in Sales/Marketing with a min exp. of 8-10 years experience in business development roles in aerospace industry.
Travel & Mobility
The position is based in Mumbai and frequent travel is anticipated.
