Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to strengthen our corporate sales team. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and offering the right Nextep solutions to meet client requirements in labeling and identification.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target industries.
• Engage with corporate clients to understand their labeling and identification needs.
• Present Nextep's products and solutions to key decision-makers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of customer orders.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to support business growth.
Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Printing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B or industrial sales.
• Prior experience with manufacturing or corporate clients preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel as required.
