Job Title: Cross-Country Pipeline Estimator

Location: Mumbai, India Industry: Oil & Gas / EPC

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Cross-Country Pipeline Estimator to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cost estimation and bidding for EPC pipeline projects, with strong exposure to Middle East Oil & Gas projects. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and a deep understanding of pipeline engineering and construction methodologies

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for cross-country pipeline EPC projects.

· Review and analyze tender documents, engineering drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and project scope to develop detailed cost breakdowns.

· Assess material, labor, equipment, subcontracting, and indirect costs involved in project execution.

· Conduct feasibility assessments, cost-risk analysis, and value engineering studies.

· Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams during the tender and bidding process.

· Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain quotations and validate cost inputs.

· Prepare detailed cost estimation reports, pricing sheets, and bid documentation.

· Evaluate changes in project scope and prepare revised estimates as required.

· Ensure all cost estimates align with industry standards, company guidelines, and client requirements.

· Support the commercial team during negotiations, clarifications, and techno-commercial discussions.

· Maintain updated knowledge of market rates, material pricing trends, construction methodologies, and regional cost factors, especially for Middle East projects.

Key Requirements:

· 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas and Pipeline EPC projects, with strong cost estimation exposure.

· Proven experience in estimating cross-country pipeline projects.

· Prior experience working on Middle East (GCC) projects is highly preferred.

· Strong understanding of pipeline construction, welding, coatings, hydrotesting, ROW preparation, and associated activities.

· Proficiency in estimation software/tools, MS Excel, and cost management systems.

· Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

· Engineering degree (Mechanical/Civil/Petroleum) preferred.
